I have spent a lot of my spare time singing in the Ladies Choir of St Mary’s Church, Bury St Edmunds. With the choir, I have sung a solo during Choral Evensong at Norwich Cathedral and have had the opportunity to undertake numerous performances of challenging musical items. I have recently taken my Royal School of Church Music Gold Award and passed. Due to being the first woman to ever achieve the award from St Mary’s, I was invited to participate in a radio interview on BBC Radio Suffolk and was featured in the East Anglian Daily Times.
