We would like to invite alumni to the Oliver Osgood Memorial Sevens Tournament, set to take place on Sunday 9 February 2025 from 10am to 3pm. This special event, organised by Joshua Toms, promises to be a day full of exciting rugby action and a chance to connect with fellow alumni.
Old Fish welcome to attend any time from 10am to watch the matches. At 12:30pm, we will be hosting a lunch exclusively for Old Fish in St Francis Hall. This informal networking event is a great opportunity to catch up with former classmates, share memories, and discuss the future of the rugby alumni group.
We’re hoping to gather a dedicated group of volunteers to help us grow the rugby alumni community and organise future events. If you’re passionate about rugby and want to make an impact, this is your chance to get involved!
The tournament holds a special place in our hearts as it honours the memory of Old Fish, Oliver Osgood. At the conclusion of the tournament, Joshua will present the prestigious Oliver Osgood Shield to the winning team. The name of the victorious team will be engraved on the shield, ensuring Oliver’s legacy continues to inspire future generations of rugby players.
We encourage all alumni to come along, whether to enjoy the competition, reconnect with old friends, or contribute to the future of the rugby alumni group. We hope to see you there!
